Explanation of this verse:
Today’s bible verse is taken from Matthew, in this bible verse we see that Jesus Christ faced temptation from satan after he had been baptized and had begun his ministry. The tempter approached Jesus, also referred to as Satan, who said, “If you are the Son of God, command that these stones be made into bread.” Given that Jesus had been fasting for forty days and forty nights and was likely really hungry, this was a highly alluring proposition. However, Jesus resisted the temptation. He knew that he could not use his power for his own personal gain. He also knew that he could not trust the tempter, because he was known to lie and deceive.
Jesus responded to the tempter by quoting from the book of Deuteronomy: “Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” With this remark, Jesus was expressing his trust in God to provide for his necessities, even if it meant going hungry for a period. He also demonstrated his commitment to doing God’s will, even if it required resisting temptation. This verse is a reminder that we all face temptations in our lives. It is important to remember that we can resist temptation by trusting God and by following his will.

When we are tempted, we can turn to the Bible for wisdom and guidance. As Jesus trusted God we should also have to trust God. He will definitely not leave us hungry he will definitely provide us with everything.
