And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.”
Explanation of this verse:
As through this verse we see the testimony of John, who knows very well about Jesus Christ, that he was the son of God, he can do whatever our God can. As a believer of Jesus we believe that the God almighty can do the impossible.
So he sends his beloved son with great powers to earth, so that people can see God through his son. And his son Jesus, taught all what God wants to convey to the peoples of earth, also his son did the great miracles which are enough to prove that Jesus Christ is the son of God with the same powers of God, as John said.
Today’s verse is very pleasing and motivational for us. We should feel proud to be a follower and believer of the living God Jesus Christ which is alive and does miracles in our life and gives his countless blessings before demand. Which is actually a very big thing. As we know that great miracles happened in his name only and what if we demand something from him, will he not give us?
