John 4:33,34
“Therefore said the disciples one to another*, Hath any man brought him ought to eat? Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.”
Explanation of this verse:
Today’s bible verse is taken from John which shows how deeply Jesus was focused on spiritual matters. The followers, worried about His hunger, ask if anyone has fed Him. But Jesus replies with a lesson that goes beyond just providing food. He explains that what really feeds him is doing God’s work and following His wishes. Jesus shows that His life and goal are focused on doing God’s work, which is more important than anything we need on Earth.
