Mark 1:11
“ And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
Explanation:
Today’s bible verse is an important moment when God says that Jesus is His Son and that He loves Him very much. God is saying that He approves of Jesus and that Jesus has a relationship with Him. Jesus is not just doing things on His own God is behind Him. Is supporting Him. The voice from heaven is telling us that everything Jesus does. Says is what God wants Him to do. Jesus and God have a close relationship. This moment is also telling us that it is very important to know who we are in Gods eyes. When we know this we feel better about ourselves. We know what to do. Jesus is God’s Son and this moment shows us that Jesus mission and teachings are all part of God’s plan. Jesus is not alone; God is, with Him. This gives Jesus the power to do great things.
In this bible verse, God is like a father who really loves it when we do the thing. He wants us to obey him and be good. When Jesus got baptized it was a thing to do.. God said out loud that he was really pleased with Jesus. This tells us that God likes it when we obey him when we are humble and when we are faithful. God is not someone who’s far away and does not talk to us. He talks to us he tells us we are doing a job and he is always involved in the lives of people who try to do what he wants. God is a father who cares about what we do. He likes to see us being obedient and faithful, to him.
Conclusion:
So, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, today’s bible verse is really telling us that God wants to be close to us and have a relationship with us. He wants us to live our lives in a way that makes Him happy. To do this we should try to do what God wants us to do be humble and always do what is right. God loved Jesus. Was happy, with Him and we can feel Gods love too if we listen to Him and trust Him. When we try to do what God wants us to do we become like the people God wants us to be and we know that God loves us and thinks we are important.
