Isaiah 5:16
“But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.”
Explanation:
This today’s bible verse tells us that the LORD of hosts really cares about what people do. He is amazing when it comes to making decisions, which means His way of doing things is always perfect and fair and better than any decision people make on earth. Sometimes the systems people have can be wrong or unfair. God’s decisions are always above everything else, and He makes sure the truth comes out and that everyone is responsible for what they do. God’s way of doing things is not about punishing people but also about making things right and praising what is good. The LORD of hosts is all about justice. God’s justice is what matters most.
This bible verse also talks about God’s holiness and righteousness. When it says we are sanctified in righteousness, it means God is pure and perfect in every way. God’s actions always show what He is like. He is holy. People are different from God because we often do things and are not always consistent. God is always good and never changes. This reminds us that everything God does, whether it seems mean or nice, is always done for a reason and with great wisdom. God’s righteousness is perfect. God’s wisdom is divine.

So, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, from today’s Bible verse, we learn that God is in charge. We need to respect that. We have to trust that God will do what is right and fair. God is holy. We should try to be like Him. We can do this by being honest and fair in everything we do. God sees everything we do. He will judge us. We should try to be like God by being truthful and humble. We should not try to get at people when they hurt us. Instead, we should let God take care of it. We should try to be like God by doing what He wants us to do. God’s way is the way. We should follow God’s way. Respect Him.
