The following day Jesus wanted to go to Galilee, and He found Philip and said to him, “Follow Me.”
Explanation of this verse:
In this today’s bible verse, we see that God called Philip and said follow me. Which indicates that god calls his people to himself, the ones he loves. So that they may turn away from all the evil works of the world and come to him and find eternal life. Because he knows his people very well.
So will God call us like Phillip? Of course yes. He will talk to us anyway and let us know. Or he will tell us by some sign that he calls us to him. And all this will be for those who are far away from him. Surely those who will not listen to his voice and will not follow him, will all perish.
So what should we do to avoid perishing? First, we have to believe in him, then ask for forgiveness for our sins, Then we have to thank him for his blessings, pray daily, study the bible daily, and keep ourselves away from all bad things. Then we will receive his blessings. And will count us among his good people.
