“If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.”
Explanation of this verse:
Today’s bible verse is taken from Psalms. This bible verse shows the faith of David. He believes that his God is with him. Now he totally unbeatable, no one can face or beat God. He belives that his God is all-powerful. His God can do whatever he wants, His God can do what no one can even imagine. His God can know all the plans of enemies and he will fail all of their plans for me as God is faithful to his promises. He promises his believers or loved ones that he will help and guard them. So we should always be thankful for his great promises.
In addition to its literal meaning, this verse can also be interpreted symbolically. The psalmist’s description of God as a warrior who is prepared to fight against evil can be seen as a metaphor for God’s spiritual battle against sin and Satan. The psalmist’s confidence in God’s ultimate victory can be seen as a reminder that we can also be victorious in our own spiritual battles, through faith in Jesus Christ. This verse is a reminder that God is not a passive observer of injustice. He is a God of justice who will ultimately hold all people accountable for their actions. The psalmist’s words offer comfort and hope to those who are being persecuted for their faith, knowing that God will eventually vindicate them.
Conclusion:
Dear brothers and sisters, Today’s bible verse gives us comfort and also increases our faith. This verse clearly tells us that we should also believe in God as David. No matter what difficulties we face in our lives. We should also have to believe that our God is also a great warrior and He is only enough to fight with a large number of my enemies. Then our God will surely help us and saves us from our enemies. In order to get help from our God, we should have to put ourselves in front of our God, Confess of our sins, and ask for forgiveness of our sins. Then he will definitely fight for us with our enemies.
