In spite of our shortcomings, God has given us a special position in creation. Even though we are created “a little lower than the angels,” we nevertheless get a crown of honor and glory. Everything is under our feet, and we have authority over the creations made by God.
In this bible verse, What’s that going to mean for us? It tells us we’re supposed to be living in a way reflecting the greatness with which we were created. To have a positive impact on the world as a whole, we must draw upon our gifts and talents. We’re supposed to care about the creation, and we should treat all creatures with respect. It is not always easy to live up to this calling. We may face challenges, setbacks, and even persecution. But we can take heart knowing that God is with us and will never abandon us. He has crowned us with glory and honor, and he will help us to fulfill our potential as his image-bearers.

Because if we have trust in God’s love and guidance, then no hurdles will stop us. Remember, you are a child of God, and you have been created for greatness. Live your life in a way that reflects the glory and honor with which you have been crowned.
