Psalms 12:6
“The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.”
Explanation:
Today’s Bible verse: Psalm 12:6 says that the words of God are pure and true. Human words may be subjected to alteration, distortion, and may also have ulterior motives behind them. However, nothing of the kind happens in the case of God’s Word; God’s Word is utterly pure and cannot be corrupted. Seven purifications in the case of silver reflect perfection in purification.

In reading the Bible, we are getting truth which we can use in making decisions and correcting our faults, strengthening our faith, and encouraging us to have hope. We should not regard the Word of God as just any other word; rather, we should hear with faith and live accordingly.
