Psalms 11:4
“The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.”

The world might appear full of evil, chaos, and injustice; however, God continues to sit on His holy throne, with His throne being in heaven itself. There is nothing beyond His dominion. This is where believers are called upon to put their trust in God rather than situations which can change at any point in time.
This Bible verse: This text also emphasizes that God can see everything because His eyes are forever surveying the works of all men; indeed, He looks into the hearts, minds, and actions of all men. There is nothing which escapes His eyes. God knows those who fear Him and those who do evil. As a result of seeing all things, God’s judgments are always just.
